Natasha Bunter
Director — Flynn
Natasha has been a part of the NBCA community for over two decades. She holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and a Diploma of Protective Intervention. Natasha is an advocate for supporting vulnerable families and children in our community.

One of Natasha's proudest achievements was being awarded a Child Development Award by the ACT Children's Week Committee (of the ACT Community Services Directorate) for her work in the early childhood sector.
Molly Rhodin
Director — Cooinda
Molly has over 30 years experience in early childhood education, and has worked across many facets of the education and care sector, including teaching at CIT, working for a large non-profit community organisation with oversight of 14 services, and being the Managing Director of her own professional development and consultancy business, Down to Earth Practical Solutions.
As a Director, she embraces the diverse and unique story that has become the tale of ‘Club Cooi’.

Management Committee
NBCA is managed by a team of staff in conjunction with an elected voluntary management committee, and is a not-for-profit community association incorporated in the ACT under the Associations Incorporation Act 1991 (AIA). Management committee members represent a broad base of early childhood educators, advocates and caregivers of young children. The management committee also consists of a four person executive committee made up of a President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer. The executive committee works closely with both centres to help govern and manage the direction of the NBCA.
