Tim has been the CEO of NBCA since early 2020. Whilst he has been involved in a variety of industries throughout his career, the majority of his experience has been in the disability sector, and in particular, working with children with disability. As such, Tim has a deep understanding of early intervention and a passion for childhood education that he brings to his role at NBCA.

What our staff say
Tim, with the support of Molly and Natasha, is doing great things to support, celebrate and encourage retention of staff. To see long term staff receiving rewards for their time and commitment was great and made staff feel acknowledged and seen.
I love working at Flynn and for NBCA, I have never felt more appreciated and part of the team than I do here.
Thank you NBCA for being so supportive and understanding. Thank you for all the small acknowledgements that you give to us educators throughout the year. Really appreciate it.
I enjoy working with the friendly educators at NBCA, and look forward to doing so for a long time to come.
NBCA is managed by a team of staff in conjunction with an elected voluntary management committee, and is a not-for-profit community association incorporated in the ACT under the Associations Incorporation Act 1991 (AIA). Management committee members represent a broad base of early childhood educators, advocates and caregivers of young children. The management committee also consists of a four person executive committee made up of a President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer. The executive committee works closely with the CEO to help govern and manage the direction of the NBCA.
If you are interested in joining the management committee, please contact CEO Tim Kapustin on (02) 6242 5004 or at email@example.com.
