Member Announcement - Special General Meeting

We’re inviting our members to a Special General Meeting as we take the next step in NBCA’s future.

Following in-principle support at our 2025 AGM to transition to a company limited by guarantee, we’re now ready to share the proposed:

• Company name and logo

• Constitution

  
  

At this meeting, members will be asked to formally consider a motion to support these next steps, which will be proposed as a special resolution.

📅 Date: Wednesday, 15 July 2026

⏰ Time: 6:30pm – 7:30pm

📍 Location: Hybrid – Online via TEAMS or in-person at Flynn Early Childhood Education Centre, 5 Pither Cl, Flynn, ACT 2615.

Members are asked to RSVP by COB 2pm Friday 10 July to admin@nbca.org.au so we can share meeting details and support proxy arrangements where needed.
