Following your tour booking, you can discuss your care requirements for your child with our friendly staff members. You are also invited to join our waitlist to receive updates on current and upcoming availability at the service.You will receive regular email and SMS communications to remain active on the waitlist. Please respond as requested to ensure your place is maintained.

To arrange a tour, please choose either Flynn ECEC or Cooinda Cottage ECC and complete the relevant form.

Prior to enrolling your child in one of our centres, we invite you to attend a tour where we can discuss your requirements and provide a better understanding of our available enrolment days.From there, subject to availability, you’ll be offered a place and provided with an enrolment link to complete prior to your child joining one of our amazing centres.

Meals, sunscreen, and nappies are provided at both Flynn ECEC and Cooinda Cottage ECC. Children should bring labelled spare clothes, a water bottle, and a hat each day. Should your child require a specific type of nappy cream, please feel free to bring it in. To ensure we can clearly identify it as belonging to your child, please make sure it is clearly labelled with your child's name.We kindly ask that you do not bring in Bepanthen, as we are nut-free services and Bepanthen contains almond oil, which may pose a risk to children with nut allergies.For more information regarding bringing in medication, please see our Medical Conditions policy below

Yes, both Flynn ECEC and Cooinda Cottage ECC provide all meals throughout the day. To support the health and safety of all children, both services are nut-free and allergen-aware, ensuring allergies and dietary needs are carefully catered for.

The Child Care Subsidy - Services Australia  (CCS) is designed to assist families with the cost of childcare by paying a portion of fees directly to approved childcare providers, which reduces the out-of-pocket expenses for families. Your child will need to meet immunisation requirements and you will need to meet residency requirements to be eligible to receive the CCS.You can also calculate what your out-of-pocket childcare costs will be on the government’s Starting Blocks Child Care Subsidy Calculator.

To apply for the Child Care Subsidy, you need a myGov account linked to Centrelink, confirm your eligibility, submit your claim online, and ensure your child’s enrolment is confirmed.

If your child is three years old, you could benefit from the ACT government’s three-year-old preschool program which provides 300 hours of free preschool for three-year-olds.
